Regavon provides independent advisory, assessment, implementation and readiness services. Services requiring legal, attestation, certification or other independent professional authority are performed by appropriately qualified third parties.
Advisory services
Regavon provides independent advisory, assessment, implementation-support, readiness and education services in AI governance, governance-risk-compliance (GRC), controls and management-system readiness.
Legal advice
Regavon does not provide legal advice or legal opinions. Legal interpretations and legal advice should be obtained from qualified counsel.
SOC 2
Regavon provides SOC 2 readiness support and does not perform SOC 2 examinations or issue SOC 2 reports. Formal SOC 2 examinations and reports are performed by independent licensed CPA firms.
ISO certification
Regavon provides management-system implementation and certification-readiness support. Regavon does not award or issue ISO certification. Certification audits and certification decisions are performed by independent accredited certification bodies.
Employment-related services
Regavon provides workforce AI governance, risk assessment, control design, vendor review and readiness support. Regavon does not perform legally required independent employment bias audits and does not validate employment-selection procedures. Formal employment-test validation and legally required independent bias audits must be performed by appropriately qualified independent professionals.
Attestation
Regavon is not a CPA firm, accredited certification body, PCI QSA or external financial auditor, and does not perform attestation engagements or issue regulated assurance opinions.
