Founder
Yuri Maia
Yuri Maia is the Founder of Regavon. His work focuses on the operating systems organizations need to govern emerging technology: accountability, decision rights, risk classification, controls, evidence and human oversight.
Drawing on experience across global operations, human resources, governance, organizational transformation and enterprise accountability, Yuri helps leaders translate AI principles into practical governance designed to withstand executive, employee, customer, audit and regulatory scrutiny.
His work includes the governance of AI across the employment lifecycle, where technology increasingly influences recruitment, performance, promotion, compensation, workforce planning and employee experience.

Henry Abrams
Henry Abrams is Co-Founder of Regavon and a cybersecurity practitioner with eight years of experience across offensive and defensive security operations. He brings technical security discipline to Regavon's governance, risk, controls and assurance-readiness work, helping connect executive requirements with the realities of technology implementation.
